Peter is an incredible nail tech! My vacation nails came out beautiful — clean, elegant, and perfect for the beach. The shape and details are flawless, and they match the beach theme so well. I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Zoey nails since I moved into the building next door for 5 years ago. I’ve referred plenty of other residents in our building and other friends in our neighbourhood but after today - never again. I went in looking for a shellac polish change on my nails.. the service provider proceeded filing without even asking me how I liked my nails cut and shaped… I politely asked him to cut them a bit shorted before filing - i do prefer a shorter nail. With only a nod of acknowledgment, he began to cut. Admittedly my fault, I was not checking each nail as he was working .. as he was on the second to last nail I noticed he had cut them down fully to the quick! With no consideration for the shaping or how they were going to look once polished! Once I realized how short and uneven they were I politely asked to simply switch to a simple clear coat. Any colour attracting someone’s eye to these nails would have been a grave error. Realizing my Christmas nails were now ruined I began to tear up. I was visibly upset and not one person checked in to see if I was okay? Or offer another solution to my disappointment. I was finally approached after crying for 5 minutes asking how I wanted to pay… I proceeded to check out and was told it was $15 + tax for my “polish change”. I feel taken advantage of and thoroughly disappointed and sadly will not be returning or referring others again.
I have been going to Zoey's for quite some time now and can't recommend them highly enough! They do an excellent job of manicures, pedicures and lash lifting and are very reasonably priced! It's a wonderful place!
I’m a long time customer and keep coming back! I have found Zoey’s to be consistently excellent with hygiene, technique, price and style. I have my preference for short square and dark but I see them doing everything from shellac to dip & extensions. I have been elsewhere, for reasons of time, location, convenience but keep coming back to Zoey’s. I just think they’re the best!
