I’m a long time customer and keep coming back! I have found Zoey’s to be consistently excellent with hygiene, technique, price and style. I have my preference for short square and dark but I see them doing everything from shellac to dip & extensions. I have been elsewhere, for reasons of time, location, convenience but keep coming back to Zoey’s. I just think they’re the best!

I don’t usually write reviews but I am just so over the moon about my nails!! I’ve moved from Toronto to Ottawa about a year and a half ago and it has been a STRUGGLE finding a salon that does my nails with the same care, attention to detail, and skill as my favourite salon back home. I am so happy to have found my new resident nail salon in Ottawa! If you’re looking for somewhere you do not need to look further this is the place. Awesome service and craftsmanship- thank you! I am also kicking myself because I was so excited and happy to share some pics with loved ones that I forgot to asks the technician’s name to give her a shout out but I will be sure to get it next time :)

They really go the extra mile, making sure you like everything. They are very polite and kind. Prices are good. Lots of colours to choose from. Special massages with pedicures. Peter is my go-to but everyone is great!

I would absolutely recommend Zoey’s. They are always attentive, detailed and patient.
I have gotten gel (shellac) manicures and acrylic extensions from them and they have always lasted long. This is with regular hand washing, doing dishes with no gloves, swimming etc.
They are also affordable, so it’s an all-round win for me!

I'm an old customer of them! Michael used to do my nail and he was the best! He always make whatever I want or even if something happened that I didn't like he would fix it for me! Which is something we are expected when we go to nail salon.
There is this new girl unfortunately i dont know her name! She did my nail and they all come off after a 6 days! Their top caot after 2 days! I was like its fine it happens i booked another session with her. She was no its your nail! That they are thin!!!! Okayyy! Then the new nail polish she put on for me had hair on it i told her! She was like oh no there is non on it!!! Then another finger was waved i told her its like this! She was its your nailll! First of all its not my nail second of all even its my nail, thats your art to fix it! And then she raised her voice and tell me super aggressive that if you like it, its fine if not i put them down! I honestly just wanted to be out and i said its okay! I just paid and come out! I never will go there again make sure never book with her!
