They are always so kind whenever I go in there and every time I’ve gone my nails have alway looked fabulous! I would highly recommend Vanism to anybody. Lastly, I’d like to highlight that they have pretty good ventilation, the fumes from the products are definitely not as present at Vanism, as they are at other salons I’ve been to. Their fans and circulation are really good!
I was so excited to get my nails done here for the first time, but the experience was horrible. I showed a reference photo and the senior tech started one nail, then handed me over to another tech who admitted at the end she didn’t know how to do the design. She was clumsy, mixed brushes, got glue all over my hands, and each nail turned out different from each other and nothing like what I wanted. When she applied the fake nails and put my hands under the machine, my nails started burning intensely. When I told her it hurt, she brushed it off and said the burning sensation was “normal.” On top of that, my real nails weren’t filed properly, so they’re not even comfortable to wear. I was only told last minute they didn’t have the colors I wanted (blue and purple). I left with messy nails, glue all over, my natural nails showing through, and charged $100 for something completely different than what I asked for (see photos). EDIT: The least of my concerns was the colours. I'm mostly dissatisfied with the quality of the service I got and the final result of my nails. Not to mention, my nails were burning...
I had always done my own nails because I could never find a nail spa with consistently good service.. Until I found Vanism. The quality and service is always incredible through and through. I have been a customer for almost 3 years now and I consider it a self care day every time I book! 10/10 would recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Vanism. Van is so sweet and really cares about her business & clients. This salon is extremely clean, and they take covid measures seriously to ensure you feel safe and at ease. I recommend Vanism to my friends and family whenever they ask where to go for their nails! Also huge selection of colours, designs, decals, etc. Thank you for being consistently amazing, Vanism :)
