Clean store with great display work. Every staff member there is respectful, kind and knowledgeable. They also give great recommendations and opinions on the products they sell. 10/10 highly recommend.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND – BUYER BEWARE I bought a brand-new THC cartridge for $45 and it doesn’t work at all. I called for help and was told that without the original packaging, they can’t do anything (I have the receipt). There’s airflow and it’s full of oil, but it simply won’t function. Now I’m stuck with a $45 defective cartridge and zero support. Awful customer service. I won’t be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
The gentleman that helped me wasn’t friendly nor was he helpful I ended up leaving to go shop somewhere else and I am a frequent shopper here
The employees that serve customers are really nice; However the variety of products on a month-to-month basis is lackluster. Wish I could rate 5 stars but they barely ever have anything new or worth the price :(
