Derek and his team at TPH are amazing. They never disappoint and they always come through when we have a rush (very last minute) order. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Derek and his team are the absolute best! We had a near disaster needing brochures printed before a long weekend. They could have said "No way, that's your problem" and it would be totally understandable. Instead, they all worked around the clock keeping up regular communication until it was done before the end of the day. Excellent quality print and exceptional people.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Derek and team.

I got a digital drawing printed on a canvas here. Derek is the one who helped me on the phone and in-store when I went to pick it up. I had a ton of random questions which were all answered kindly. The person I was gifting the canvas to was waiting in the car, so Derek took extra time to wrap it up nicely for me so it would stay hidden. The canvas turned out beautifully.
I almost went with a chain company for a slightly cheaper price but I'm so glad I didn't. The whole process and final product were well worth using a local biz :)

I am so happy with TPH! I was in Ottawa last week to attend a tradeshow. The airline lost our roadcase which contained ALL of our displays and signage. We reached out to TPH to see if they could crack out some kind of signage for our booth.
Derek and his team were EXCELLENT.
We reached out around noon last Tuesday and emailed over a couple of logos and an idea. In less than 15 minutes, we had a proof to approve. And in just a few hours, the finished product was printed and couriered to us. Pricing was reasonable too, with no surcharge for a rush job.
If you're in the Ottawa area, I highly recommend Derek and the team at the TPH Kent Street location.
