EDIT: After all of that back and forth they gave me poorly printed pink coloured bookmarks to sell to my customers. I printed these bookmarks before at other locations and chose to print with TPH because they offer the print on 16pt paper and it never came out pink. Forget about coming here . inconsistent pricing and untrained staff . I'm a designer myself so I'm used to working with print shops. You need to ask them 21 questions before you get a proper answer due to lack of training and inconsistent information. They don't know how to communicate and explain things properly they expect you to know how their pricing works like you work there or something lol. They will give you a price then when you come back to order they will change the price I had to keep going back and fourth with them this is terrible for a business owner who just wants to get their work printed and leave. If you run a business DON'T come here. If you are looking for a one time print it might be okay but don't depend on these people and of course even though it's their lack of professionalism they will never admit that and somehow its always your fault. Just Wow.
We had the pleasure of working with the Printing House on Slater Street to support several high-profile events with very tight timelines, and they delivered beyond expectations every time. From beautifully printed place cards (even reformatting the templates to our satisfaction & delivering them in alphabetical order) welcome signage to high-quality menus, their attention to detail and ability to accommodate rush deadlines was outstanding. Their professionalism shone through not only in the final product but also in every email exchange and phone conversation — timely, courteous, and solution-oriented. A special thank you to Jesus, whose exceptional service, care, and dedication truly stood out. We’re grateful for their support and look forward to continuing to work with the team at the Slater location for future events.

Extremely poor customer service. I went to this location for scanning purposes and the customer service rep at the counter was not helpful at all. It was only once my scanning was done that they informed me of the type of file it would create. Instead of providing the complete list of files format and the associated cost for the customer to choose at the onset. It was a total bait and switch. The counter rep was dismissive and unapologetic. I do not recommend this location.
Have ordered inserts multiple times. Always seamless. Today’s order was printed and delivered within 2 hours! Exceptional service from Jesus and his team!
