I never ever post reviews, but i had to share my experience because i was appalled at how rude one of the workers are here. Horrible customer service from the older heavy set gentleman. I also overheard the way he speaks (basically yelling too) to other employees (he seems to be in charge) and it’s quite concerning. He also proceeded to speak unkindly and inappropriately about a customer after they had left while I was still in the store. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable! Companies need to be more aware of who they are hiring. That aside, the other employees are nice and helpful. But they are also too expensive, while bluebird down the road is cheaper for the same and better products with good customer service. I wouldn’t go here anymore unless i truly had to.
I was in Kanata this past weekend and had the chance to visit a few stores. I have to say Tokyo Smoke had the best selection of products and the best customer service by far. It was a way better than some of the other stores nearby.
I had an incredible experience with Merrade! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. The quality of the product was top-notch, and Merrade's knowledge and friendly attitude really made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend!
I work in centrum so im always stopping by, Angel Merrade and Mark always give exceptional service and great recommendations, Definitely my go to spot especially for the account benefits they offer
Merrade was phenomenal!!! Amongst other staff who are always amazing more than once has he helped me out with all my smoking needs. Way to go!!!
