Amazing experience with this store. Biggest perk they're open Sundays at the St Laurent location which makes it great for last minute situations! I mainly went there to get my passport photos taken and they're great 2😊👌🏻 which is rare for passport pics. Adil was especially helpful and understanding when I needed my passport pictures reprinted for dimension issues. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend this store for their other services too. I got colored prints of some documents there... but they have courier services as well! Definitely check it out
I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. Peter went above and beyond to help me with several Amazon returns. He printed all the return labels, packaged everything properly, and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. What stood out most was his professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Even though I had multiple items to return, he handled everything with a positive attitude and outstanding customer service. The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming. Outstanding customer service! I recently had to return an Amazon purchase that came in three separate pieces, but Amazon only provided one return label. I wasn't sure how it was going to work, but Matthew immediately stepped in with a solution. He took the time to combine all three pieces into one larger shipping box, packed everything securely, and made sure the return was done properly. He didn't rush the process and genuinely cared that everything was handled correctly. This is, without question, the best service I've ever received at a UPS Store. It's rare these days to find someone who takes that level of pride in helping a customer. If you're shipping a package, returning an Amazon order, or even need passport photos, I highly recommend this location. They also offer passport photos with a very quick turnaround, making it a convenient one-stop shop. Thank you, Matthew, for turning what could have been a frustrating return into such an easy experience. I'll definitely be coming back.
