Sebastian was an awesome plumber and person! He explained everything, gave options and offered the opportunity to think about what I wanted to do (read: wasn’t pressuring me into one thing or another). Not going to lie i was shocked to open the door to a young guy because society has been fixated on kids avoiding the trades and going to university which is why we have a generational gap in trade workers.
