Was a regular here, not anymore. Zero customer service, they don’t backup the customer on defective products even in the slightest. There’s No loyalty program which i accepted and still came back regularly, after today’s interaction, I don’t see a point in coming back. I’ll go elsewhere. Threw my $50 product in the garbage that I didn’t get to use at all and have to eat that loss myself. What a joke

Been a regular customer for over 3 years walked in and was disrespected at the door it was my birthday they told me my card was expired but by law they are allowed to accept cards 6 months after expiration regardless of when the card expires I am 24 well over the legal age after went to the nearest dispensary they had far better service and didn’t have any issues
Super cool store! apple store vibes, very organized and nicely set up. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable but not pushy… can tell they have a great management team and understand the product. I’m not a regular/typical client/user, and they were able to recommend and sell me a pen and some fun extras to try. Will be a regular for sure! Thanks guys!
