Tackle Plumbing gave me such peace of mind during my bathroom update. The new shower setup was a little complicated, using a 6-way diverter to enable a rainhead, a hand-held shower wand and a tub spout (I didn't want the pull-up thingy on the tub spout). When the diverter was installed, they corrected the water lines (the hot and cold lines were switched) and ensured the new diverter was centered with the tub (the old location was off by 1")... without my asking them to do it. The team did what was needed for a quality finish. When they returned to install the fixtures (shower, taps, toilet), the work was scheduled promptly and completed quickly. They left the area tidy and took away the old toilet. I recommend Tackle Plumbing for big or small jobs. The team was friendly, responsive and over-delivered at a reasonable price.

We had Tackle run all the new plumbing needed for a major renovation at our home. Throughout the process Scott was responsive and helpful, offering advice and answering all our questions patiently. His team was punctual and professional as they worked. They took extra care to connect our new plumbing to our older, existing plumbing and put in extra time meeting with the city inspector to ensure everything was good to go. Highly recommend!
What an awesome experience. Our outdoor faucet wasn't turned off properly over winter, froze, expanded and started leaking into our basement. We called 3 other plumbers who quoted double the price for next day service. Tackle was able to beat the price and showed up within 2hrs, completely fixing our problem.
