I have been with storm at least 15 years maybe more. They were willing to provide highspeed internet to our rural community when all the big isp refused. Unlike other providers they always deliver or exceed the down load speed that they promise. Sure there are the odd interruptions over the years but their help desk answer the phone quickly and solve the problem. My only complaint is the lack of 24/7 phone support.
I live in Clayton. I signed up with Storm immediately when they started working on bringing fiber to the area. Best move I have ever done. Fast, reliable internet regardless of the weather !!! Before Storm, we were always loosing our connection, and it was slow going.
They still believe in good old fashioned customer service. When I call, I get a real person, and they are super helpful. Highly recommend Storm for your internet service if they are available in your area!
I love the service you get with storm. Always there to answer any questions you might have. Very friendly and knowledgeable reps. What I like the best is that I always get to speak to a person and not always a machine. If I have to leave a msg which is rare I get a call back. Minutes not hours or days.
