No service offered on weekends so if you run a business and depend on your internet to work to run your dairy business or any business operation please consider a different provider because technicians do not work weekends which is unfortunate. We were told Saturday over the phone that they wouldn’t call a technician on “their day off”. Terrible and unfortunate.

Storm has been amazing to me, helping, troubleshooting, talking me through things. I have had some ups and downs in recent years and they have worked with me and always been amazing in the process.
Omgosh the trouble we've been through with their "provider" has been ridiculous too at one point there were more days than not with breaks in service to everyone in our area from said provider and it was next level frustrating until that provider finally fixed the lines.
Is there a sixth star I can add? Seriously?!?!
Thank you everyone and there's been several always ready to help me.

Horrible customer service! Booked internet installation and they provided the wrong address to the technician. Rescheduled and they didn’t even show up. Customer service is unhelpful and offers no compensation to their customers. Shows how little they value you.
Update: now that service has been installed I can say this is the slowest internet I have ever had. I mean painfully slow. 90% of the time I choose to disconnect from the internet and use the data on my phone instead.

I've had non stop issues with this service for almost a month. Thank God I have a fantastic internet plan on my phone. The tech people I called were all very nice and they tried their best to help, But the internet service itself has been terrible. Its a lot of money to spend and not get a service. Considering its a pandemic and people are working from home, im not impressed with the speed its taking to fix their equipment. Also its not just a new issue, my internet has been crashing regularly for over a year.

It is ok for the most part (price was is great). But even the smallest storm will knock out the connection.
