Earlier this week, we had Carter from Stan's at our house to do the annual maintenance on our Bryant AC. He arrived exactly on time - a habit that I rarely see these days from home service contractors. From the moment he arrived at our front door, Carter was polite and respectful. I could tell that he really cared about his work. The best part of his service was his report at the end - he patiently reviewed the highlights of the invoice and what he had found during the maintenance. I also wanted to mention how easy and quick it was to book a service call at Stan's. Wendy answered my call after the first ring and the appointment with Carter was booked in just a couple of minutes. I strongly recommend Stan's for all your furnace and AC needs. Best company I’ve ever dealt with for home improvement. Contacted Stan’s when my current hot water rental tank broke and was told they couldn’t replace it. I called Stan’s and Mac was extremely helpful, the only quote I got where the salesman constantly measured space and distance. The installation was smooth and quick. I went back to Stan’s a few months later to have my furnace installed. This company knows how to treat its customers and Mac is a true gentleman. He sells you the product you NEED not just the top of the line or a product not needed in your home. Thank You Stan’s for the amazing customer service and care.
Cannot say enough good things about Brad, Lyle and the entire team at Stan's. We replaced ageing furnace and AC about 18 months ago, and the entire process was seamless as well as handled with superb professionalism. Since that time, our annual service & maintenance on the equipment was done by Manny, and you absolutely cannot find a better resource. Just a pleasure to have in our home and to deal with. From the top right on down through the organization, on all levels from technical to customer service teams, I would highly recommend you seek out Stan's for any and all of your HVAC requirements. The best in the city ! Excellent staff, experienced technicians and great customer service! They were quick and efficient with the furnace install! Definitely would recommend Greg, Brad and Sophat! Tricky install converting furnace to downflow to accommodate 3rd floor condo unit. Replaced ABS to PVC for both Hot water tank and furnace. Highly recommended!
