I was out of town and got a notification my furnace was running but the heat wasn’t going up (it had dropped 3 degrees) through our Nest thermostat. We contacted Stan’s and within 40 minutes they were at our house and within another 20 had diagnosed the issue on our 7 year old Trane furnace. Excellent dispatch time, diagnosing time, and overall experience. Our technician Manny walked me through what the issue was when he was there on site and explained exactly the part he was replacing. All in it cost me 1.5 hours and a $25 dollar part and I had heat back running wishing 5 hours of it stopping! Cannot recommend Stan’s enough and especially a big thank you to Manny!!

We recently hired Stan’s HVAC to take care of some extensive ductwork at our new rental property, along with installing bathroom ceiling vents and fans—and WOW, what an incredible experience from start to finish! We had a gas leak at my home. After consulting with the fire fighters, Enercare and Enbridge, then Enercare again we had to get a gas leak test. Stan's saved us. Their technician was able to find the source! Thank you Stan's - always so thorough and reliable.
Had some furnace problems with a 14year old furnace. Stan's came in 2nd cheapest overall but it was for a 2 stage. All the other quotes were for single stage "builders" models, none of the other 2 stage models came close. Installation was quick, the work was super tidy (the tied back loose thermostat cables, all the venting is run to take up less space and looks way nicer). Staff were friendly and cleaned up after themselves and pointed out some key points to keep the warranty up to date which is helpful, I don't know if I would have fully read the fine print. The office and quotes came in quickly, payment was easy (cheque or e-transfer, understandable with CC fees). A1 - when we get into water heater or A/C replacement they'll be the first call.
