Purchased a product on December 3rd tried to return product 9 days later as the product was defective and the customer service would not exchange for a replacement even though there warranty is two weeks and still valid. The store would only sell me a replacement at 15% off. The same discount offered to anyone in the store that day. Bad customer service and junk products.
Been going here for a few months. All seemed fine until I went in yesterday and bought an ounce of stems on recommendation from the staff member. Spoke to someone who I was handed off to on the phone and was told they can't do anything cause the supplier blah blah the usual words to deflect accountability etc etc. Regardless, the best canabis stores I've seen let you see the flower with your eyes to choose what you want, not rely on an employee to recommend a handful of garbage stems. Why do we have to roll the dice with these stores? Open the bag for our eyes before we have to purchase it. That will light a fire under these stores on EVERY CORNER to carry decent products and be accountable to their clients, that's what these store are missing but they don't care. It's all ass kissy inside until your left holding a bag or stems/garbage.
Came in in a rush with a picture of my id because I lost my previous one. Very unacommadating and petty by not accepting my picture. Do not visit. Go to the vastly superior unplug cannabis in kanata instead. Awful dispo
Hands down best spot in Stittsville not even close. The staff are absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful every time I visit which is often. Highly recommend!
The best store to go to in the area by far. Cara, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart and has such great vibes! Really makes people feel special. - Darren
