I have gotten a few pedicures from here and they are always perfect and do such a good job of exfoliating and pampering. I got my first manicure here with the builder gel and the tech spent so much time making it flawless and made the changes that I requested without an issue. I love coming here :) the price was a bit steep and it took a while, but I would rather the extra time and money to get it done properly than have my nails rushed and turn out badly!
I’m not the type to sit and write bad reviews on bad establishments but THIS ONE HERE, it needs to be said. If i could leave -0 starts I would I have never experienced such a bad hospitality at a nail shop than this one, you’d expect as a new customer they will at least pretend but that wasn’t the case at all. As soon as the lady saw my nails she just couldn’t hold back her comments, repeatedly kept commenting on my toes and had the audacity to call over her other coworkers to come look at my nails. My nails weren’t even bad or dirty, they were overgrown because I got them done at another nail shop. It was anything crazy at all. just because i don’t understand the language doesn’t mean i can’t tell when im being talked about and to make it worse she just had to comment on my natural melanin nailssss. For reference im black and is normal for some black people to have more melanin in some nails and for my case i have on my two last toes, my nails are light brown is normal! Comes the time to paint over my nails and she verbatim said “honey you have black toe nails i can’t paint over this, no amount of color is going to cover the blackness of your toes so we can leave it unpolished” MIND YOU i go to another asian nail salon and they have never i mean never commented over my melanin nails. After she finished polishing all my toes, the nail polishes are so cheap my nails looked like it only had one coat, the material was see through, faded. It just was horrible, not only was the experience horrible my nails weren’t even done properly and badly shaped. Everyone kept looking at me, it was so uncomfortable. Then had the audacity to ask me if i wanna tip!???? Never again!
I had a wonderful experience here! Jessica gave me what is without question the best French manicure I have ever had, and she is a lovely and kind person as well. Competitive prices, an attractive and clean environment and very kindly and professional staff. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending to others. Thank you Jessica!
I had a flawless experience here! I'm actually quite picky when it comes to getting my nails done. Tina did a fabulous job. Very gentle with my natural nails which is so rare in my experience. I also showed up 10 minutes early and was taken care of right away. Looking back I wish I tipped more. The space was also comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back, and hopefully the experience quality remains.
I was literally at this place for like 3.5 hours. They said they had space and then did so many other customers nails before mine and were taking unnecessary time in between coats. The final result was fine, and the people were nice but I would never go back.
