The car repair was for the outside, back of the vehicle. They have clearly ruined the cup holder area. Looks and smells like some type of strong chemical. Perhaps they left a rags sitting on the interior. Then when they tried wiping it. It made it much worst and permanent damage. My husband noticed it first because he picked up the car. Later when I got inside, I sent him a picture of the damage and asked him. What happened here? Very unprofessional. I deleted the review email they sent, and had to retrieve it to leave this review. Nothing about this is simple! I now have to contact my insurance to complain. Very disappointed

Great experience with Simplicity Car Care. Big thank you to the whole team! I was honestly surprised when I picked up my car! They cleaned the inside and outside, and the interior was definitely not in great shape before 😅 really appreciated that extra effort. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. They did an amazing job on my car. I came in for a fix, and they had my car back within 3 days. Not only did they fix it, but they also cleaned it. I will 100% be coming back here for all future repairs
