It is with great pleasure that I would like to leave a wonderful review, I was very pleased with the services and am ready to recommend it. They repaired my car very quickly and with great quality. Even with the wait for new doors to arrive, the whole process took about 10 days. They replaced two doors and painted them perfectly to match the original color. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can feel their skill and professionalism right away. It’s amazing that nowadays you can still find a place where you can fully trust the experts and be confident in the result. Highly recommend this service to anyone who values quality and professionalism!
This is by far the best auto repair, body shop that I’ve been to. Alberto, Jose and Aldo were all incredibly professional and even sympathetic, when I brought my damaged car in for repairs. Their communication with me and my insurance company was outstanding, keeping us abreast of repair progress, additional work orders, etc. Finally, when I picked up the vehicle the manager was keen to tell me what was fixed and offered advice on some minor snags not related to the accident, all of which made sense. This is a company that actually cares about their output and its level of quality. I will be keeping them on speed dial if I need related work done on any of my vehicles. Thanks again!
Super easy working with the kind folks at Simplicity. Had some work done on my CR-V's liftgate after someone backed into it. Their rate was competitive and the quality of the work was excellent. They also have discounted pricing on a rental through Enterprise and a shuttle to bring you there. The whole process was quite hassle free!
I can’t say thank you enough to Alberto and his team at Simplicity for replacing the rear bumper and fixing the dents in the rear door of my Subaru Outback. It looks like a brand new car! And my car was ready on the day they said it would be. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and very helpful. If you need collision repairs in Ottawa this is the place to go. They also cleaned my car for me inside and out! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
My insurance company recommended Simplicity car care on Albion rd and I cannot say enough to describe how good this body shop is. The family that owns the place is very nice and provided such great customer service, starting with driving me to the car rental place on the day I dropped off my car for repair, so that I do not have to wait for the shuttle. The work they did on my car is perfect and only took them 3 days!! AND gave me my car back all clean and shiny, inside out. I totally recommend this body shop!
