June 2026 - Second trip to the shop to have additional work done, this time both doors and front fender. Once again, the Scuffs team delivered beyond expectations. Incredible they were able to make a 15 yr old look like new again, to the point where Brent wants to buy it :) All seriousness, once again kudos to the crew and highly recommend to anyone looking for repair work, large or small.
BEYOND THRILLED with the work Scuffs did to repair rust and deep scratches on my car. Brent was amazing - meticulous, detailed, friendly and gave great advice and recommendations. Kudos to you Brent, and to the team in the back making miracles happen, I'm floored at how AWESOME the work turned out to be.
Also worth a mention, booked in on a Monday, job completed on a Wednesday... 2 days ahead of schedule. Might not happen for everyone considering how busy this place is, but the quality of work is worth the wait.
Definitely returning again soon to have a few more cosmetic items done, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scuffs to anyone scrolling.

I found Scuffs via a web search and had about 3 other places I had planned to contact as well. I spoke with Brent at Scuffs, brought our car for him to take a look and after going over what needed to be done, timeline, etc. I didn't even bother to contact the other places. Scuffs is clearly a very honest and reasonably priced repair shop, and they don't believe in doing more than is necessary (rare these days). Brent was fantastic to deal with.
Regarding the actual work, we just picked up our car today and we are still amazed by the quality of the body repairs! The repairs on the body were fantastic but what really stood out to us was the bumper repair! We had deep scratches in the front bumper that, years ago, would have resulted in a "you need to replace the whole bumper" outcome. We don't know how they repaired this bumper but it looks amazing! Ideally, we won't need bodywork any time soon but, if/when we do, I will 100% head back to Scuffs!

My mother's car ended up in an unfortunate little scuff in a parking lot with another vehicle's bumper. We worked together with the owner to get it settled, and worked with Scuffs as the middle party to facilitate the repairs.
Hands down, Brent the Shop Manager and the Scuffs team are fantastic. They repaired the car within 3 days, and Brent is really great with customers. He's friendly and fair. Watching him manage the workflow of customers in and out of the shop and breaking down quotes for customers so they understand is really good.
I never knew this shop was so close to me in Stittsville. It's definitely worth your time coming here for a quote if you've got some body damage or want to do some improvements.

An absolute pleasure to deal with.
I had a few “scuffs” and scrapes on my Honda CRV. I wasn’t prepared to spend the kind of dollars that other shops were quoting. I am extremely happy with the excellent service and quality of workmanship I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Scuffs!
