Can’t recommend these guys enough, wouldn’t go anywhere else in town. I’ve been 3 times, most recently had some front end work needing a new bumper, headlight and hood alignment. Fred was amazing at keeping in touch with me throughout the repairs, and was able to get the parts at exceptional prices. Labour was more than fairly priced (as always) and they even fixed some unexpected damage behind the bumper at no extra charge. If you need any sort of body/paint/general repair done these are the guys, they have an appreciation for cars and always take the time to ensure you get your vehicle back just the way you want it. Oh and they always return the car freshly washed :)

It has been a couple of years since we took our car to Scotties auto body and they helped us out again today.

I had some rust damage my trunk and tail light. I was unable to get it off and thought it had permanently damaged my vehicle. The technician was able to quickly remove the damage and refused payment because the job was so simple. They are extremely kind and it is very much appreciated.

The most HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY auto body shop in Ottawa! We're a contracting company and have had two incidents this year where people drove into our vehicles. Monique from Scotty's was quick to respond, get us in the queue and turn around both our vehicles and the other parties.
Honest and extremely fair, if anything else happens we won't be going to anyone else in the city!

The most honest body shop in Ottawa. Scotty's did a top notch repair job for me a few years ago during the pandemic. Scotty's completed the work for an excellent price. They charged me a fraction of what another repair shop quoted me. Recently, I had minor work done and they fixed it the same day. An honest, family run business. I highly recommend Scotty's for anyone's auto body repair needs.
