We recently had Rick Menard Heating & Cooling install a new Moovair central air conditioner. Keith, the estimator, was knowledgeable, approachable and remained responsive even after the installation began, which I really appreciated. During the installation there were a few job description questions but once brought to their attention, Luc handled them fairly and ensured everything was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. The installation crew worked hard, the system is cooling well, and I’m pleased with the finished product. Read your quote carefully, ask questions, and make sure the work being completed matches. Overall, a good company that delivered a quality installation, with some communication and opportunities along the way.
Just had air conditioning maintenance performed by Stephane P. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing, things that I can and should be doing for user maintenance. Not long ago I had Adrian and co. from Rick Menard install a new hi-efficiency furnace, air-conditioning and hot water tank. They were a pleasure to work with. I like some people I did not initially think on going maintenance was needed for a new unit, but decided this year to have a furnace maintenance check done. Found out that my condensate trap had a small leak, that left alone would've caused sine major issues later. It required a parts replacement under warranty. Many thanks, and keep up the good work.
I rarely write reviews, it’s my first time choosing this company, but my satisfaction with this service compelled me to share my experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. I had Charle, Alex and Eric (technician) for the furnace repair service on February 19th, they were amazing. Their integrity and reliability shocked me. Eric saved me a lots of money when he told me that the Lennox had a 10 years warranty if it’s registered online. He even called for Lennox’s tech support to make sure I got it repaired properly. Charlie managed the schedule smoothly, as long as the part arrived, he scheduled me next day. Alex explained the part that I needed to get was in back order, but he could roughly tell me when it’s available. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.
Service was fantastic! Our furnace died in the night and we called around a number of different places, with the earliest time being two days from now that we could have someone out to take a look at our furnace (it’s winter and the house is cold!). Most places wanted us to subscribe to a care package plan in order for them to come out and see us. Rick Menard was much more accommodating and had a technician sent out within a few hours. Service was great enough that we won’t even shop around for other quotes and will have our furnace replaced with them in the next few days. Fantastic customer service!
We bought our new AC unit two years ago from rick and every year it doesn't cool, last time they told me there was low Freon like it was never charged but now it's doing the same. I shouldn't have to call HVAC every year on a new AC unit our old system didn't need any servicing when I asked about warranty basically ignored my question.
