I had excellent service and follow up when I got my furnace several years ago. Very professional, safe and good value. Caught an issue that could have cost me a lot of money! These are honest guys! Went with them for my new water heater and same excellent service!
Rick Menard came through for us last year when we needed someone so when the furnace in our new house started emitting a burning smell, I didn't hesitate to reach out to them again. They showed up really quickly, especially for a Monday morning, and Charles was very quick to figure out the problem and answer all our questions. By Tuesday morning, Karl, Adrien, and Logan showed up and installed our new high efficiency furnace and were all done by early afternoon. They were fast, courteous, and very clean! I would say that it's worth extra money for the excellent customer service they provide, except that their prices are extremely reasonable so it doesn't cost anything extra. Can't recommend them enough, we'll be seeing them again soon as our A/C unit is on its last legs and they've helped us pick out a heat pump to replace it.
Service from start to finish was great. I couldn't ask for more. communication was great Charles asked me exactly what was the problem and set me up with a quick appointment. once the diagnostic was done he made sure the technician came back to do the repairs on a day and tie that was convenient for me and when I asked to reschedule it was no problem at all. The technician Stephane, was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and was quick to do the repairs. he left my furnace and surrounding area cleaner then before he first came. the repairs were done and my furnace is working as it should again. thank you so much for the great service, I will be using you guys again
Our Furnace & Hot Water Tank needed to be replaced and replaced quickly as it is winter and there was a very big cold snap coming in the following week. Everyone from the office staff to our Salesman and our two installers were incredible to work with. Options were given, explanations were available at every request and the total experience left our family beyond confident that we had made the right choice. There were so many positive reviews that we saw online when we were trying to make our choice and now the Rick Menard team have yet another 5 star rating. You guys have a customer for life!!!
I am very impressed with Rick Ménard Heating and Cooling. This was my first time calling on this company to provide my family with a service call. The staff member who booked the appointment was very friendly and efficient. The technician was quite pleasant and efficient and I was impressed that he took the time to call me when he encountered a delay in arriving due to an unforeseen issue at the previous client's home. I will be definitely calling this company again and I am thinking on changing over from my current company as this was such a stress free and seamless experience. Thank you to all the staff that I had to deal with; you are a breath of fresh air in today's service industry.
