I was extremely impressed once again with the service and expertise provided by Rick Menard. We had an issue with our furnace and the technician, Eric, came and spent a long time to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. He went above and beyond and did a thorough cleaning of the furnace, humidifier, pump, and air exchange system. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I learnt so much about our heating and cooling system today that I didn’t know before. I would not choose a different company. Highly recommend these guys to anyone. I would add that nobody asked me to leave this review but I am very happy to promote their business.
Sales person was very knowledgeable and gave confidence that furnace and heat pump is best sized to meet our needs. The pricing quote for both the equipment and install was very competitive and attractive. Install of furnace was very professional and team ensured old furnace and parts were removed - no left over pieces and area was left clean and tidy. Well done to all?
I had excellent service and follow up when I got my furnace several years ago. Very professional, safe and good value. Caught an issue that could have cost me a lot of money! These are honest guys! Went with them for my new water heater and same excellent service!

On time as per schedule. Very polite, clean and professional team of 3. Have been using Ménard HVAC for close to 5 years now, for work on DHW, Fireplace repairs and new Furnace and Ac replacement.
