Outstanding service! Well done to Reid Heating and Cooling! Replacing our oil furnace and air conditioner was a big ticket project. To prepare and to make the best choice, we sought 4 separate estimates. The Reid salesman Tim was honest and forthright, and they offered very competitive pricing. Reid sent their install manager Dave two weeks early to scope out the setup and what would be involved. Reid sent a team of 6 to remove the old furnace, remove the oil tank, install the new furnace, vent it, install the heat pump, connect the propane tanks, along with some BBQ boxes. Their work was thorough and professional. They answered questions I had throughout the process and respected my input when a decision needed to be made . The install took one full day and went perfectly. I highly recommend Reid Heating and Cooling! ....and for those of you with oil furnaces, be sure to let your insurance company know when you switch to a propane furnace/heat pump and your premiums will drop noticeably.....
The technician was very polite, efficient & knowledgeable. He explained clearly the steps he took to check the efficiency of the A/C, respecting the furnace. He also checked how the outdoor component worked & cleaned the intake (my name for the parts) and grills. We were very pleased with his service of our A/C.
I have been a customer of Reid Heating & Cooling for more than 50 years. They have provided me with regular service to my furnace; have tuned, tinkered & not tempered. I bought new AC. Have bought new gas furnace & replaced parts as worn. Have bought electric Hot Water & Gas Hot water. I was enjoying a new Ecofriendly Heat Pump for general warmth & cooling. Excellent service from Home Service Group. They installed our new furnace in a timely fashion, the technicians were very knowledgeable and skilled, worked efficiently, and didn’t leave a mess. Reid Heating and Cooling are lucky to have those technicians. They represent the company very well. The salesman was also very good. We were very pleased with the whole process! And the prices of the furnace and thermostat were reasonable/comparable.
