A VERY Skilled Body Shop Technician, with a very kind demeanour. Upon meeting him, he made me feel welcome, and answered any and all concerns I had to move forward with repairs, at a price point that cannot be matched anywhere in the city. And now that I have seen the work he has done to restore my 2023 Toyota Corolla, it’s as though my accident has never happened. DO NOT look elsewhere, he is who you need to take care of your vehicle. Dealing with the owner is such a pleasure. He tells it to you straight as to what are your best options and he does the job efficiently and professionally. Also, he is very friendly and more than fair. I highly recommend this body shop as I’ve had a few jobs done here and they were all seamless. Very impressed. Brought my Subaru in this summer for some serious rust repair and I’m super happy with how it turned out! Sam did an awesome job — the work looks fantastic! The finishing paint job was impressive, exact color match. Sam is really friendly, honest and hard working. He completed the work on schedule, keeping the car only a few days. I’d love to share a great auto repair shop that I was lucky to come across – Raymond Body Shop in downtown Ottawa. My car broke down badly twice, and both times I brought it to Raymond. Even though I live far from downtown, I still trust and always drive there because he is very reliable, does the work quickly, and the price is much more reasonable compared to many other places. A few times when my car had small issues, I called him and he kindly checked it for me without charging anything. I really appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and honesty.
