Had a great experience with Raymond. Got into an unfortunate incident which put a big hole in my rear bumper. I gave Raymond a call at the reccomendation of my mechanic and he was able to give me a rough estimate cost of a replacement over the phone just from make and model (something most other body shops really don't like to do!). Came into the shop for a proper assessment and he was able to order the part needed immediately and told me to come back a few days later.
In that time I talked to a few other body shops to get an idea of how much it typically costs and Raymond was by far the best price. Once the part was in, I came back and the work was done 2 hours and it's perfect!

My usual mechanic suggested this place for the bodywork my car needed. Mr. Sang (Sam) was very friendly and fair, and I'm happy with the outcome. He did an excellent job on my car's front bumper and fenders. Thanks again!

I had (past-tense) been a client of Raymond for a few years. I first brought my Audi A4 there to get both front fenders and rocker panels worked on to get rid of the rust that was accumulating. He suggested that we change the fenders entirely to aftermarket fenders, which turned out great. This is what had me coming back. Over the years, as I came back with my other vehicles, his work ethic and quality went progressively downhill. He would allow too many clients to book appointments the same day and would lack time and room in his shop and can I just say, it showed. I had to come back to the shop multiple times to have him correct the mistakes that he made with my vehicles. The paint was either applied un-evenly, the clear coat would be runny, dust in the paint, etc. The worst time was the most recent time. I brought in my GLK 350 in to have minor rust spots repaired in the fenders. Caution: Do not get rust repaired here ! He does not properly remove the rust. He just buffs it out and paints over it ! I got it done no less that 4 months ago and the rust is already re-appearing. Also, the time came to pick it up, either he or one of his clients scratched my front bumper. There was a long white paint scratch that WAS NOT THERE BEFORE I DROPPED MY CAR OFF. He told me he would buff it out, which I came back an hour later to the scratch being still there, just shinier... Money down the drain. Maybe ok for very minor things but I am not impressed. My mother also brought her car in for rust and she is having the same issues. It may cost less to go here but it is not quality work at all. We are very disappointed. I am never coming back here again nor will I be recommending him to anyone.

Great and fast service. Mr Sang (the owner) is very polite and accommodating whenever I need . He fixed the scratches on my car as it’s never happened. I strongly recommend his work. Thanks Mr Sang.

I had a truly frustrating experience with this body shop that I can't help but share. I initially brought in my car for a simple paint job to fix a minor scratch. However, the ordeal that followed was nothing short of a disaster.
First and foremost, the rude owner completely botched the paint color match. Instead of blending seamlessly, the new paint was a noticeably different shade from the rest of my car. It was as if he didn't even try to get it right, leaving my car looking mismatched and unprofessional.
Furthermore, the promised completion date was repeatedly pushed back, causing me significant inconvenience. It seemed like he had no regard for my time or the fact that I needed my car for daily transportation.
To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I noticed several additional issues. There were clear paint drips, uneven texture, and even some overspray on areas that weren't supposed to be painted. It was evident that he rushed through the job without any attention to detail.
When I confronted him about the color mismatch and the poor quality of the work, he was dismissive and unapologetic. He refused to acknowledge his mistakes or make any effort to rectify the situation.
In the end, I had to take my car to another reputable shop to correct his errors and get the color matching done properly. This body shop's lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service left me deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise against using his services if you value your time and the quality of work on your vehicle.
