Unprofessional and a waste of time. I booked this appointment over a month in advance and they never showed up. No call. No email. No explanation. And now they won't return my calls or emails. I’m self-employed and deliberately blocked off my schedule for this appointment, which cost me money. That apparently means nothing to this company. I was referred by Ottawa Insulation, and I will be informing them of this experience so they can stop sending referrals to a company that treats clients this way. Given that their prices have since increased, it’s hard not to suspect they simply didn’t want to honour the original quote I booked. This company is scammy and dishonest. If you value your time at all, do not do business with this company.
Crew did not show for appointment at 2PM (scheduled until 5PM). I left a message asking if they were coming - voicemail and email were not returned today. It would be appreciated if notice could be provided that the appointment needed to be cancelled as I made plans to be at home today to have this done. Sadly rating a 1 star for customer service and no-show for appointment.
I had a scheduled appointment with Product Solutions Company, and they never showed up. There was no call, no message, and no explanation. I tried calling multiple times during and after the appointment window, but no one answered or returned my calls. This lack of communication and basic professionalism is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. If a company can’t show up to a scheduled appointment or at least notify the customer, it raises serious concerns about how they operate. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
