Their team (Juste) was very helpful, professional, and the service was great from start to finish. They really brought my idea to life. I had a really positive experience with Printwell’s customer service. I ordered vinyl decals, and unfortunately one of the stickers became unusable due to a mistake I made during the transfer process. I reached out to their support team to see if there was anything they could do to help with the loss (around $30), and Mike got back to me. Even though the issue was on my end, they still offered me 30% off my next order, which I really appreciated. It was disappointing not being able to use the decal in time for my event, but their willingness to help turned the situation around for me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how everything was handled—great customer service goes a long way!

I'm starting a band with a low budget (as in no budget to speak of! 😉) and I was able to get business cards made professionally for under $40. They'll pay for themselves in spades when we get our first gig! The other thing I would recommend is to use them for other things - we wanted t-shirts and a stamp with our band name on and they had great inexpensive and creative suggestions about how to do it. I know I'm going back to them!
