Unfortunately, we got great service but when we went to pickup my sons soccer jersey that he paid for with his own money to get his favorite players name printed on the back and front of it they made it huge like a football Jersey not what we showed the employee who was gathering the info we made it a point that we wanted a small number on the front under the crest instead they Printed a huge number on the front of it making my son not be able to wear it. A jersey gone to waste because they made it look totally wrong and when u called to ask if they could possibly remove it they said it would ruin the jersey itself. . The back looks great but the front looks silly.

Although the quality of the shirt and print were well done, the order was incorrect. We had ordered a 1 Men's large, 1 Men's Small and 1 Ladies Small, after a long delay in shipping, which they were very prompt in replying when I inquired about this and was reasonable given the current demand and volumes, we received our items. However, the Ladies Small was not a Ladies Small but a Men's Small and as a result did not fit my wife. Had we known they do not actually have Ladies cut shirts we would have ordered her a Extra Small. I reached out twice about this thinking that given the encouraging responses I got when the shipping was delayed that they have solid customer service and would at least reply and hopefully try to resolve the issue. After weeks of waiting I am writing this review. They may do good work but they also falsely present the options available and, once the product is sent, have no interest in the customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against doing business with them as they are only attentive until the cheque clears then they have no interest in the customer or their experience again. Disappointing as we wanted to do business with a small Canadian company but have been left less that impressed.
I ordered a number of items as gifts for visitors from overseas and I'm not only thrilled with the quality of the items purchased, but the customer service was fantastic. I'd particularly like to give a shout out to Mike the Operations Manager who was a rock star in helping get my order together and receive it in time to send home with my visitors. Highly recommend!
Shirts are wonderful, high quality in both material and quality of printing. Customer service was very helpful. Shipping was a little slow but worth the wait. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
