After placing an order for 2 customized coffee mugs I was disappointed to find out that one of the 2 mugs had a crack/scratch in it. After raising the issue, I was offered a replacement mug. Upon inspection of the replacement mug it was clear the image had not been properly aligned. After bringing this to their attention I was told : " the print is definitely well within the acceptable range for mug printing. Sorry we couldn't make you happy." The two star rating is for the customer service I received from Shawn that was exceptional. Unfortunately I can not say the same in regards to the quality of the products I have received.

Everything about working Printing Shark was fantastic. They were quick to reply to my quote request and their prices were the best off all the places that quoted me. Once the file was submitted I received a reply immediately and continued communication. Even when I submitted the file with an error Printing Shark fixed it without an additional charge. The final product was produced within the timeline expected and the printed product is exactly as expected. Will definitely use them again whenever possible.

I had a terrible experience working with Printing Shark. It started out quick and easy, all I needed was a 14 inch graphic printed on a T-shirt. Shawn G. confirmed my project could be done and promptly gave me a quote, which I paid through a link. When I noticed there was no note in the project description for a 14" graphic, I re-confirmed with Shawn whether the print will indeed be 14". Instead of "Yes" or "No," he sent me vague and misleading emails such as "We'll get as close as possible," "The printable area is 9x12." I had to email him back and forth 3 times asking the same re-iterated question, but Shawn would still not give me a straight answer. I completely lost trust and requested my refund (which I was surprised to even receive - honestly, I thought I was being scammed). It was an extremely frustrating exchange. I don't know why he couldn't have just explained to me at any point in our exchange (ideally in the initial contact) that Printing Shark unfortunately cannot complete my 14" project. Instead he took my money then made me feel conned and jerked around.
Printing Shark needs to hire better customer service reps and train them with competency in the company's printing capacities. In the end I'm just glad I didn't stick it out with them only to receive a product completely short of my expectations.

Ordered some cards and they were great quality, and available for pickup quickly. Very reasonably priced. The owner went above and beyond and threw in some freebies.
