Luc was here and was honest and clear about what needed to be done to restore our pump. He completed the work quickly and advised us of what future things needed to be fixed. His work is clean and he is definitely the guy to call!! I love that he is a small local business owner that takes pride in his work!! He also did not gouge us because it was a long weekend. Just a reasonable nice guy to do business with. Thank you!!
It was sunday and i was stuck with a plumbing issue. I called a couple of places and they never returned my call. Called Luc the plumber and i can tell you that he is the guy to call. He was at my house at exactly the right time he told me he would be. It was the first time and the very first plumber i ever had to deal with . Very friendly and courteous. He even went out his way to go get a part for me and he had to drive for an hour to go get it. Any other company would have said can’t fix it today . I have all the respect in the world for this guy! I would recommend him to anybody.its a 10 star rating ! There is absolutely nobody that dose this on a sunday as far as i know.
I contacted Luc to unplug the drain in my house. He ran a camera and a pressure hose in the drain to unplug and clean the drain. I was able to see the issue inside the pipes and he showed me the result once cleaned. I am very happy with the work that Luc and his helper did. If I need a plumber again I will not hesitate to contact Luc.
I called Luc in a panic when I discovered my water pump was not running after returning home from work. I was preparing for a pump replacement but Luc calmly stated it could be something small and would be happy to stop by to take a look at no charge. I was impressed by his professionalism and kind manner. Instantly trusted him. Luc diagnosed and repaired a small leak. Restarted the pump , also took the time to go over the system with me. Luc charged me a more than fair price for the repair. He has a customer for life now. I highly recommend Luc for your plumbing repairs and installations.
I am beyond pleased with the service i received on a late Thursday evening. It could have been an absolute disaster for me and our tenants in the restaurant business in one of their busiest nights especially during COVID restrictions!! From the minute i called, Luc instilled in me confidence that the problem would not only be resolved within hours but also provided sound advice on how to take preventative measures for the future!!!
