I've had him to my house for four different things, and he is always excellent. I've never had a problem with any of the work he's done, it's all been very good, and he's very straightforward about the job. No surprises. I don't hope to have any more Plumbing problems, but if I do, this is the guy I'm calling.
Hired to replace a bath / shower valve, had to cut through tile and drywall. Robert was responsive and professional. In advance of the work he asked me to text him a photo of the replacement valve set so he could make sure I got the right one. It’s not often you find someone this careful with their clients. Recommended. Fluently bilingual.

I called Robert on a Sunday when I had problems with outdoor plumbing. He answered the phone and made an appointment to come to fix the problem on Monday. When he came, he diagnosed the issue, gave me and estimated cost of repair, and did the work exactly as he planned. He was very professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with.
