Robert is a real professional! I had an emergency situation and he came and fixed it and did a few other replacements that were much needed. We have really bad hard water and everything gets corroded. He did a fantastic job fixing and replacing the bad parts in a timely manor. This is why you hire a pro like Robert! Because it gets done right the first time.
I've had Robert visit us a couple of times over the years - once to do a floor-drain cleanout, and more recently to replace a leaky faucet cartridge. Both times, Robert showed up on time (and even called in advance to let me know he was on the way!), and did the work quickly and efficiently. The floor drain was a messy job, but he cleaned up all the splashes and spills, and while the faucet trim was off the shower wall for the cartridge job, he cleaned up all the muck that we couldn't reach, and which had accumulated under it over the years. I find Robert to be both amiable and professional. I will certainly contact him again for any future plumbing needs, and would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem. (I see some people complain about the cost, but I think people need to keep things in perspective... when it comes to plumbing and water issues in your home, I feel that it's worth hiring a professional with the right tools and skills to get the job done right. Because if you try a DIY solution and make a mess of it, you're going to be paying an awful lot more than if you just got Robert to do the work in the first place.)
I called the owner of this company about getting an estimate to get a Roman faucet replaced on my bath tub. After a quick discussion the owner told me to take some pictures and text them to him. After a few hours I got a reply that he couldn’t do the work. No reason why. I responded by asking why he couldn’t do the work and never got an answer. I would be very surprised that a “Master Plumber” cannot install a simple faucet that is supposed to be easy to install by yourself without any training. Very unprofessional to not answer a client and not give an actual reason. I’d also question skill/qualification if they cannot do something as simple as a faucet. Edit: He is stating that I asked for a phone estimate which is not the case. I would have been happy to have an in person estimate if that is what would be better. I was never given that option. I would have most likely used this company if I was able to get an estimate/told that he could do the work. This way of treating clients and reverting the blame is not acceptable for any company.
Had a sink and faucet installed and new plumbing under kitchen sink. Good service and I liked his communications and customer service. Very responsive and good workmanship.
Robert is very knowledgeable and the service was fast. He replaced my tap and fixed a couple of leaks within an hour. The service call was quickly scheduled the next day when others were telling me days or weeks from now only. He might charge a little more but his expertise and promptness is worth it!, very satisfied with the service!
