Having had a poor experience a year ago with another company, I tried Pen Tech. I am so glad I did. The job was assessed quickly, and they worked with my schedule (which is sometimes a challenge). The work is clearly professional, clean and orderly. I highly value good communication - a slight delay in arrival time was politely requested and well explained in a timely manner; at no point did I feel I was waiting around. If my experience is anything to go by, you will not regret going with Pen Tech. Also a specific shout out to Sam, who was the face of the company and did the work for me. I can't say enough great things about Sam and Pentech Plumbing! We had a frustrating situation where a previous plumber left us with an incomplete job and a handful of mistakes to go along with it. Sam stepped in and immediately knew exactly what needed to be done. He was kind, professional, and efficient — working quickly without cutting any corners. His knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment he arrived, and he had everything sorted out in no time. It's rare to find someone who can come in, assess someone else's mess, and knock it out of the park. Sam did exactly that. When it comes to plumbing you stay away from Kijiji and average joes... we went with Pentech for one reason and one reason only...! I had never seen so many 5 star reviews. Sam was respectful to my elder parents and explained things. They didn’t try to upsell a penny. Sam came to my parents house exactly on time and did a great job. At the end of the day, my 82 year old dad is an old school engineer and he’s picky about everything. My dad was very happy with the conversion of a 2 handle shower into a single handle. He also helped change the outside faucet. EXCELLENT WORK!
Sam was amazing, very thorough and clearly knows his stuff! Very friendly and honest, clearly explained the issue and our options, was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Had a bit of an emergency situation with a main drain clog and Sam was here in less than two hours as he said he would after finishing up a previous job. Could not be happier that I called PenTech, highly recommend!
