Sam was amazing, very thorough and clearly knows his stuff! Very friendly and honest, clearly explained the issue and our options, was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Had a bit of an emergency situation with a main drain clog and Sam was here in less than two hours as he said he would after finishing up a previous job. Could not be happier that I called PenTech, highly recommend!
We called for a blocked drain and received courteous and professional service for the next day. The technician was very diligent with his work and left our bathroom clean and the drain unclogged. We would strongly recommend this company!
When it comes to plumbing you stay away from Kijiji and average joes... we went with Pentech for one reason and one reason only...! I had never seen so many 5 star reviews. Sam was respectful to my elder parents and explained things. They didn’t try to upsell a penny. Sam came to my parents house exactly on time and did a great job. At the end of the day, my 82 year old dad is an old school engineer and he’s picky about everything. My dad was very happy with the conversion of a 2 handle shower into a single handle. He also helped change the outside faucet. EXCELLENT WORK!
Sam responded very quickly. We were without water, our kitchen faucet was leaking, and it was after hours. He arrived within an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. He fixed our issue after explaining the cost upfront. The area was kept clean, and once he left, you would never know we had any issue at all. Payment was also very easy. We were provided with a detailed invoice as well as photos. We are extremely pleased with this service. We would highly recommend Sam, and this company to anyone. Thanks Sam!!
I am very happy with the plumbing work that Sam from Pentech did for us. We had a hot water tank replaced! Our old one was leaking and he didn't waste anytime in getting here and replacing it before we had a flood. He also did an awesome job on my dishwasher install. He is very professional and goes out of his way to make sure the job gets done properly! I highly recommend him and would use him for all my future plumbing needs!
