Andrew and his team are always very attentive and get the job done very well! I highly recommend them for any job! Fees are great! You can tell they love what they do and Andrew is not looking to get you to pay him more and more! He is honest! Will not go anywhere else! The work they have done for us has been top tier, always!
I wasn’t expecting to be able to get someone on a same-day service when I called in the morning (our sink faucet handle literally snapped off) but Phil was there in the afternoon, and had everything fixed and running in short order, including adding in a shut-off valve. Polite, professional, would (and will) happily hire again.
I have a small renovation business and have used Penta Plumbing countless times whenever we need a plumber. Communication has always been a breeze. All communication is documented through email. Pricing is clear and detailed ahead of time. Timelines are always met and they have accomodate last minute request several time. All of the staff represent the company with respect and in turn represent my business and clients with respect and professionalism. Most importantly, they are honest, reliable and take accountability if things go wrong.
The service and professionalism of the team were greatly appreciated and educational. I appreciate them answering all my questions while they worked. Quick, clean and patient.
They do good work, have a courteous and capable crew and their prices are fair and well-explained in advance. These are the only guys to call if you need plumbing work done in this city.
