Food is good here.
I’ve always gone for the wings and not only are they really good, there is this cool discount of 2 for the price of 1 wings after 5pm.
Additionally, the staff members are very hospitable and kind, and the kitchen and eating environment is always clean.

Ordered a spread from their menu; sub, calamari, salads, chicken fingers and must say this was the most revolting and frozen food we’ve ever had. This was so bad, we alll took 1 bite and just tossed it. Cannot recommend this food to anyone - not fit for animals. Also, delivery was well over an hour and when we called to ask what’s up, we got sass and ‘it was right out of the oven’ (really the salads and calamari were in the oven?). Avoid this place, rotten food, rotten service.

The chicken burger was so so so good fries are a little salty but still very good and all the people that work there are so kind 20/10 would recommend

The preparation and presentation of our meal on monday night. It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment. The presentation was superb, cooked to perfection. Why go to pizza pizza when theres a Palermos around the corner, definitely recommend this spot and we shall return!

Tried Palermo’s for a work event. The service by Khaled to place a large order was wonderful and very helpful. He gave great suggestions for portion sizes, and was never pushy.
The food! Everyone LOVED it at the event. I ordered pizza and pasta – everyone wanted to know where to get more.
Would definitely recommend – great spot in the neighbourhood.
