A lot of people use this medicinally for things like anxiety and being treated like a nuisance is pretty disappointing; there are definitely safer spaces to shop and I'll be doing that moving forward but I would like to leave a review to explain the 1 star. I ordered online for local delivery and within about 10 minutes I got a notification that my order had been delivered. I knew it hadn't but I wanted to make sure the system hadn't closed my order when it wasn't delivered. The website indicates the time that deliveries are made and it was too early so I phoned to confirm my order was still active. I was treated like an idiot who chose not to read the information provided. When I get conflicting information, I like to get confirmation, especially when it comes to spending money. The staff were extremely rude and I'm really disappointed. When I go in to the store (maybe 5 or 6 times now), it seems like I'm interrupting the staff who often continue their conversations even when I am standing at the counter in front of them. Generally just unprofessional and a really uncomfortable place to shop when that should be a chill environment.
I haven’t bought a pre roll in a while but Ritchie was excellent and helped me make the best choice. Definitely coming back:)
