The cute sofa inside the store is just for decor. I did not know that. I bought $42 product and thought I could find refuge from the cold, for a few hours before my check in time at my residence. I’m from out of town and googled this store that they had very good strains before coming. The waiting area with the chair was a plus, and I politely asked the attendant before settling into it. The owner avoided speaking to me directly and had an employee tell me to leave. It wasn’t the request that hurt, it was the way it was done. You can shop there if you want, they have great selection of products, I just cannot get over this experience. And I had to share. Hope they do better. It was -10 degrees outside.
Love Pakalolo, been coming here for years, always a big selection with new stuff every week. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and always go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience, thank you !
I wish I got the guy to serve me, he seemed very nice and helpful. The girl didn't seem to have any customer service skills at all. So replying to your reply pakalolo, I don't have anything to say privately. I asked her questions and she didn't seem to have any answers or was too annoyed to answer. It more seemed like she was annoyed. The guy overheard 1 of my questions and he answered and was so nice about it too. She was just rude and annoyed or too high to care. Don't smoke during working hours which I saw her do.
They are so great! I got an ugly batch of Good Supply and Pakalolo was able to assist so fast and very helpful!
