Garry K. and his hardworking assistant, Max, installed two backflow valves, a radon mitigation system, and did some other plumbing repairs including a toilet fill valve. They successfully completed some very challenging and difficult work. Garry explained the work very well, and answered all questions patiently and clearly. All work was completed in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Scheduling/communication through Naomi was very good. I highly recommend Garry K and Out Of This World Plumbing.
We had a great experience with this Max and Austin. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they took the time to make sure everything was done properly. During their work, Max was very clean and respectful of our home, which we really appreciated. Austin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care for the long term. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing work. We’re very happy with the work they did!
We had a great experience with Out of This World Plumbing. They were professional, kind, courteous, and very respectful throughout the entire job. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time, and they kept everything very clean while working. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about customer service these days, but these guys definitely do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!
We recently had a laundry tub installed, and the entire experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Adam was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, ensured everything was properly fitted and sealed, and left the workspace spotless when the job was complete. The installation itself is flawless — the tub is perfectly level, securely mounted, and functions beautifully. All plumbing connections were done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend this service to anyone needing plumbing work done. Five stars all the way!!
Our kitchen sink was badly clogged, and unfortunately, we ended up causing some damage while trying to fix it ourselves. Ethan came to the rescue and got everything sorted out! Living in the country with a septic system made the issue more complicated than we initially realized, but Ethan handled everything professionally. He went above and beyond by patiently answering all our questions and making sure we were completely satisfied with the quality of his work before he left. We truly appreciate his expertise, patience, and commitment to ensuring the job was done right. We would highly recommend Ethan to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services!
