After receiving efficient service on a previous call, I booked Out of This World Plumbing for 3 additional jobs. Taylor and Spencer arrived on time, explained their work strategy and whether it could be done in one day. An extra day was pre-scheduled, just in case, and fortunately was not required. Taylor kept me updated step by step and was very pleasant. The quality of Taylor and Spencer's work, skills and clean up were fantastic. Jobs: Remove: concrete double laundry sink/basement. We woke up in the morning to mystery water in our basement and Out of This World Plumbing was here within a couple of hours. The communication and customer service was fantastic and I received updates of when I could expect them. I also appreciated the photo and biography of the plumber who was coming so I would know who to expect and a bit about the person coming to my home. Austin was fantastic and worked quickly while being so kind and patient with my kids, cats and dogs running around. He explained his findings and every step of the process of what needed fixing, then showed us his work once complete. Very friendly and professional service and I will recommend them to everyone! Bonus points for the cat and pug in space suits on their truck.
This morning, Adam come to my house to install a battery operated sump pump. I found Adam to be very Professional, kind and thoughtful, and answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. He helped me get hooked up to Wifi so that I will get notifications on my phone in the event of any problem. We have an 87-year-old home with original plumbing. One of the big iron pipes had a vertical crack and was leaking sewer water. Out of this world plumbing arrived the next day, evaluated the problem, provided three quotes and let us pick the amount of work we wanted to have done. It was an uncomfortable job in a crawlspace and the amazing plumber never complained. Removed the old pipes and replaced them. Did a very nice cleanup too. They were very pleasant to have around and completed the work quickly. Highly recommend Out of this world plumbing and Gen the plumber in particular.
