From phone call, email , and final completion the entire process was very easy. Amazing people to deal with, especially Kerri who was friendly, patient and extremely professional. The end product was fantastic and I intend to go back for any additional print services I require.
I had to make a rush order for memorial bookmarks. Their service was incredible throughout! Very kind staff who all gave me their condolences and responded very quickly (within minutes) to all of my emails and always answered the phone quickly and kindly. The whole rush order was done top to bottom in less than 3 days for pickup. I definitely recommend them!!
Amazing people, quality work, speedy service... what can I say, I am blown away by the quality customer service I received. I was in a pinch as I needed a banner done for an event that was taking place literally the following day. Submitting the request online was a breeze. Not only did a rep from OPS contact me right away to probe the order, they also checked I was aware of a few issues with the design which I was OK with, but they also stayed in touch and had the banner done in half a day. I am lucky they're located in my town as I was able to drive there to pick up the banner. Staff at the counter were super friendly. I don't know how it took me this long to find this place, it would have saved myself the hassle of waiting for products coming from other cities and sometimes countries. I will be ordering again from OPS and will refer people to them.

In spite of the size and scope of Ottawa Print Services their operator Barclay Dupuis showed the patience and professionalism one might expect IF placing a large order. My request, in fact, was simply to print a special and unique image on ONE card for my father’s 88th birthday celebration. Barclay went out of his way to assist me; producing the perfect card. Thank you for reminding me of why, in this ever increasing world of looming corporate giants, small business companies deserve both our support and patronage.
