My mother's 25-year old furnace stopped producing heat in March. I contacted Amy at Ottawa HVAC and she sent out a tech the next day to look at the furnace. We were planning on replacing it later in the year, but that was not in the cards. The tech, who was polite and professional, provided us a detailed estimate outlining a number of options to replace the furnace and the central air. We were pleasantly surprised they were able to do the work right away. 2 techs came out to remove the beast of an old furnace and take it away. They did the installation over a full day with a little work to finish off another day. The techs were polite, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Mom is very happy with the new furnace and air conditioner. We will always recommend Ottawa HVAC for any work of this kind. They are a great company, with quality products, and service oriented people who look after their customers. Thank you for all the work and assistance you gave to my mother.

I recently had a new air conditioner installed in my townhouse by Ottawa HVAC Inc., and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.
The sales team was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and helping me choose the right system for my home. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my space, completing the job with great attention to detail. Even the invoicing process was seamless, thanks to the helpful and organized office manager.
It’s rare these days to come across a company that delivers on every front, but Ottawa HVAC Inc. absolutely did. Highly recommended!

Best company around. We've already had one furnace installed many years ago and service calls with this group have been responsive. Today was 37 Celsius record smashing June heat in Ottawa, with big humidity, and two of their young guns just installed my new AC and did an amazing job. Product looks/feels good and service is excellent.

Fantastic, prompt service on a new furnace install. Workers were on time, clean and efficient. They answered questions, gave advice on operation of the new furnace and helped me troubleshoot my humidifier. Looking forward to hiring them for any of my future HVAC requirements. It helps that they are a local company as well.
