I have been dealing with Ottawa HVAC Inc. for a lot of years, I trust no other! Sam is our go-to maintenance person here in Orléans, he is personable and overall a great human being. Our furnace needed to be replaced over the past weekend, and discussions with Sam and then Jim allowed for an easy decision. I am a new home owner and this is my first experience with a furnace. My technician Corey, took the time to explain what he did and how my furnace works and how I can optimize its performance. He also fixed my gas stove! I recommend Ottawa HVAC and am strongly considering purchasing a maintenance plan. There were no hidden fees and no pressure to purchase bits and bobs. I really appreciate the professionalism and would call them in a heartbeat if I had an issue with the furnace!

We chose Ottawa HVAC INC. because of our very positive experience with an AC install about 4 years ago. Jim went the extra mile to ensure the best price possible and with his excellent install team headed by Joseph we now have a Lennox furnace and John Woods HWT on propane. We honestly felt that they are trust worthy and very polite. Everything went smoothly and we recommend them. Glenn and Betty

We were 3 neighbours that had our furnaces replaced. The installation was very professional and the guys were curtious and punctual. You cant go wrong with this company. There orice was very competitive and several hundred dollars less for the same furnace from a competitor

My furnace stopped working on a Friday evening, I had someone at my house checking things out within a few hours, a quote on Saturday morning at 8am and a new furnace on Monday.
All staff were very professional and polite, I highly recommend Jim and the team.
