Phenomenal company. The owner is very thorough, answered all my questions, and educated me quite a bit. He cares about his customers and does not behave as a salesman like many other HVAC companies. He doesnt try to up-sell anything and makes sure you get what you need rather than what makes him the most money. His work was absolutely spectacular, and he didnt charge extra for a couple small surprises during the implementation. He also did work for my in-laws and they had the same experience and quality of work. I couldn't recommend this company enough, and will be using them again. You won't be disappointed going with Optic Air and you will be supporting a local small/med sized business, keeping money in the community! :)
