Allow me to help you out. I drive sometimes all the way from the East end of Ottawa just to do business here.
The environment is calm, simple and inviting. The staff are knowledgeable, considerate and very helpful. The selection in this store is uncomparable to any location. Above all, the prices and the quality of the selection at which they serve to the community here is definitely worth the five stars.
Finally, everywhere in the city is good and bad. Everyone has good days and everyone has bad days, but that just doesn't seem to happen here. At least not for me!
I feel like family when I walk in here.
So do what you want, if you don't like it here, there's three other locations to choose from....

I’ve only been to this shop a handful of times, but every visit has been great. On my most recent trip, Marina was wonderful — she took the time to explain the effects of CBD for sleep and made sure I understood all my options. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. From what I’ve seen, all of the staff here are just as helpful and welcoming.

Staff is nice and will explain things and suggest options. Respectfully it's another dime a dozen dispensary located too close to roughly 6 others that will sell it's product for cheaper. It's not the shop it's just an oversaturated market.

Just stopped in to grab a vape pen. ( store was empty) The items are too far away from counter to see them. so when I mentioned that I will kinda lean in to see the pens the attendant was very unfriendly. Like he was god. The unfriendly environment has just lost a customer. I will never return sorry. There are way more customer friendly places around. Thanks.
