I should have read google reviews before trusting them with my order.
I communicated several times over the phone, and by email that I needed my project printed and shipped by a certain date. They said no problem, have it in by Monday, we'll get you the proof to get approved, and it'll be printed and shipped within 5 business days. I emailed today only to discover that they haven't even started the process. The owner got defensive with a really unprofessional tone and shed all responsibility and offered me to pay a $450 print fee to have it fast tracked to meet my deadline... This hurt my project - I'm under a very tight deadline. Very disappointed with Newprint. Open to them making it right.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company because I loved that they are based in Ottawa and the website was easy to use. I did not. Everything started off well with a few reasonable exchanges over email getting a quote. Once I had approved it things slowed down and I was given timelines that were not met. This was not the worst of it however. I received the brochures and the quality was laughable. I could have printed them on my home printer with better quality. I emailed multiple people (including the person who asked for this review) in an effort to remedy the situation and I also left a voicemail. No response of any time.
Newprint, do better. It is unacceptable that you would treat customers like this.
I have attached a photo of the blue color that was printed on the brochures in comparison with the exact same blue printed elsewhere - the one on the left is what they printed and it looks like it has been in the sun for months.

I had a fantastic experience with NewPrint! They provided support and communicated promptly every step of the way, ensuring my product turned out exactly as expected. I ordered 3 different types of paper Silk, Gloss and Rolland Envi Smooth, each one of is very good quality! Their pricing is super budget friendly.
When I initially uploaded my brochure file, it didn’t fit the 11x8.5 scale, but Milica and Ellie quickly pointed this out and got my order started as soon as I submitted the corrected file. I’m very pleased with both the product and their customer service.
At first, I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews about phone communication, but they responded well over email. Given the detail-oriented nature of printing orders, written communication was actually ideal for ensuring everything was correct.

We have a honey business and were in the search of a company to provide our labels. I looked into many companies and settled on newprint and couldn't be happier with their service.
Newprint has a huge selection and was able to meet all of our various product requirements.
Amazingly designed website that is great to use.
Great customer service that went back and forward with me quite a bit as it took me a bit of time to properly finishing our design for our labels.
Fantastic prices with lots of bulk options for larger scale businesses. They also have the best options in terms of printing multiple different prints as long as they share a size.
Will definitely be ordering all our labels here for the foreseeable future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality label provider. Photos don't do it full justice too.

I was very frustrated with the communication from this team. Our flyers were supposed to be delivered on a Friday (they were not). When the shop opened on Monday I received two different responses: they HAD been delivered on Friday and also they would be delivered LATER THAT MORNING. I never got a straight answer on the truth, but regardless the flyers arrived after our event had started. The team was not responsive to any requests for a partial refund (even just for the rush delivery fee). Would not recommend.
