Then Napolis on Richmond Rd is the place for you! We have NEVER been disappointed when we have gone there! The pizza is always top shelf, their steak subs to die for and the salads always fresh 😋 the staff top notch and friendly!
We visited Napoli’s on a quiet Wednesday evening and had such a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the perfect way to unwind after a full day. The food was absolutely phenomenal. You can truly taste the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients in every dish. The pizza was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had, fresh, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and very generously portioned. The meatball subs were incredibly delicious, and the poutine was smothered in a generous amount of rich gravy and cheese. Nothing was skimpy, everything felt thoughtfully made. The service was just as impressive as the food. Friendly, welcoming, attentive, and quick, they made us feel completely relaxed and genuinely appreciated as guests. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend Napoli’s to anyone looking for authentic Italian food in Ottawa. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Amazing home made Italian good. Absolute best alfredo and ravioli I've ever had. Amazing, friendly service. Great family run atmosphere. Definitely a bucket list worthy restaurant.
Went for the first time since the early 90's yesterday. The pizza was as amazing as I remember it. The service was very friendly and attentive. Only ran in to an issue with the Interact machine where it didn't seem to be working and declined my card so I paid cash. Turns out the payment did go through and that meal was $112! LOL Not their fault and will sort it out with the bank. I will definitely go back, but paying cash only next time.
