Great experience and I would highly recommend. Our air conditioner stopped blowing cool air a few days ago. I had another company come to our house and they said the capacitor and thermostat needed to be replaced (even though the thermostat seemed to be working fine). They hastily quoted a price of $849 plus tax and left to go get the parts before we could even ask a question. We called the tech before he returned and said we wanted a second opinion. We reached out to MR Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Inc. and explained the situation. We weee able to get an appointment for the very next morning. The technician arrived the next day and was able to resolve the issue within in hour. The capacitor was replaced and they confirmed nothing wrong with the thermostat. Total price was $198. Refreshingly honest, professional, and efficient. We will be using MR Home Comfort for any future issues that arise. Thanks to the whole team!
