Not one to usually write a review, but I booked an appointment here because it’s close to me and convenient, and I was really disappointed with my nail set. It felt like the focus was more on getting clients in and out than on the quality of the work. I had to point out multiple times that a couple of the nails was applied crooked, and I still left with my pinky nail visibly crooked. The nails were all different sizes and the dip powder on my thumb was applied so thick that I don’t understand why I had to explain what looked right aren’t you the professional? A couple of weeks later I went back to have them removed. When I visited my regular nail tech a few days later who works independently, she immediately asked why my nail beds were so thin and red. She asked how the set had been removed, and I told her they used a nail drill. She explained that this isn’t the proper method they should have soaked them off with acetone and that this is why my nails were left so weak. I won’t be returning. If anyone is looking for a great nail tech, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to share her name
It was so incredibly busy, I think they just wanted me out of my chair to fill it with someone else. I asked for “short, ballerina acrylics, painted ombré to glitter tips” and this is what I received. I asked him to cut them shorter, and he didn’t. I repeatedly said I do not like square, and that’s what I got. I nearly cried. I immediately went to another salon the next day, who salvaged my terrible nail job. I will not be returning here. I’ve attached my inspiration photo as well as what I received. Full disclosure: my sister and daughter both got their nails done here at the same time, and they love them. But clearly quality is not across the board.
Dont go there unless maybe you know the nail tech. The first time i went, i spent four hours because the nail tech couldn’t do the design i asked and we had to restart. I was then moved from nail tech to nail tech, i think a total of 4 people worked on my set that day. This time, the nail tech did very amateur work on my nails. I just feel like there should be better training. The nail tech skipped so many steps that a few hours after i left the gold came off completely. Not to mention, this cost me 120$. I had to go to another nail salon for them to redo it and the difference is crazy. I’ve put in pictures of what i got vs. What i asked for, as well as what i got at another salon the same day.
Have been going here for years and always leave so happy. Lindsie is the best nail tech I’ve ever used and everyone there is so amazing!
I’ve been here a few times and i’ve always had a good experience. I recently went this week and got my nails done by tiana. she was so precise and took her time to get the design perfect. i asked her to recreate a pic i found online and she did a beautiful job!
