Came specifically to try their Coconut Cream Pie 🥧 that they make. Pizza is great! Service above and beyond; you can see they care for their clients. Finally, 🥥 cream pie is the best part, with a hint of coconut. Isn’t heavy, It’s so soft, not too thick cream; it’s light, the sweet is the perfect level, and inside is, idk, like some custard type or pudding or something. it’s wow. PS: This was my first time as a takeout, worth to come back for a sit down. Place is busy. 15-20 min wait time if you order in store, its pretty efficient.
Honestly, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I’ve lived nearby for a long time and somehow never tried it because it doesn’t really stand out from the outside. After seeing so many great reviews, I finally decided to give it a shot, and now I’m wondering why I waited so long. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. After a long day, this place genuinely felt comforting. What really got me was when I picked up my pizza and saw my name on it. I thought that was something they only did for birthdays, so it completely caught me off guard. Such a small gesture, but it honestly made my day. The wings were some of the juiciest I’ve ever had, and the mushroom pizza was absolutely amazing. Every bite was packed with flavor and somehow tasted even better than I expected. I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to food, and it’s rare for me to find a place where I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. This is one of those places. Best pizza I’ve had in Ottawa. Easily. ❤️🍕
We ended up here after doing some googling after a long day and it was such a wonderful experience. Great people & amazing food. The coconut cream pie is as good as it gets. Will be back, EVERY single time I’m in Ottawa. Our waitress was a hoot and we appreciated the vibes, thanks again!
I’m not usually someone who talks about pizza like this, but their pizza is truly something else. The cheese literally melts on your tongue with every bite. I even got to see Louie in the back working really hard, and you can feel how family-oriented the place is. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming. I happened to go there during a time of grief, and that pizza genuinely cheered me up. In a world that is always changing, it’s beautiful to see something so constant and full of heart like this pizzeria. Wishing them all the best, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I love this place. 🍕❤️
Food was delicious. Place hass been around for 60+years a testament to success. If you like pizza, and your in Ottawa this is a must visit. If you are a big group call to reserve. For folks in Ottawa Louis is tradition.
