I was very surprised when I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to take out and I was told they were out of Pepperoni. This was a Friday night. I found it odd for a pizza place not to have pepperoni on a Friday night to boot. The girl behind the bar was disheveled, unhappy and it was easy to tell. I went down to the washroom, mistake. The entire place needed a cleaning and update. I did not write a review at the time but, now I see it’s closed. It’s not a bad thing. It was very clear the owner did not have the desire to succeed in this business. For those who have been know it was over and the passion was gone. It needs a lot of work, staff training . Maybe something good will pop up?
We won at bingo and on our way home decided to treat ourselves!!! Ordered the large 3 topping with wings and drinks. Waited about 15 minutes.... order up!! Guys have it down. Absolutely delicious. Wings were perfect and the pizza is as well!! Thank you very much. I know that I told you while in the restaurant but just as a reminder we'll be back next week!! Have a great week. And ottawa you gotta order takeout from here.
We order Meatballs from them regularly with extra sauce but recently one of my daughters wants them plain no sauce. So they had no issues giving us 12 meatballs plain!! Love the owner and the staff!! Thank you for being so accommodating. Sometimes sauce sometimes no sauce. We will start trying other menu items but the pork allergy is a concern for me the Dad. Cheers!
It was my daughter's birthday. We had a Lorenzo pizzeria in Orleans that unfortunately closed. So she googled if there is another Lorenzos in Ottawa, so we discovered that there's one at Arch street. We went there same vibes, same atmosphere, friendly service and OF COURSE amazing yummy food especially the Pizza, the tender golden fries 🍟 😋 and the Fresh large Salads, the subs.... We were so happy to celebrate her birthday there and to recall the tastes that we already missed. Give it a try. We missed to take some photos because we were so happy to find a new branch. Lol.
Was craving lasagna on Uber Eats and decided to order one from here. I was a bit hesitant at first because likes were on the lower side (64%), but ended up getting one and it was delicious! Not sure if there was a previous recipe that caused the low rating, but the lasagna I got was incredible. Garlic bread was good as well. Will be ordering again!
